Registration & Verification
To register at gk9, a valid mobile number, legal name, and correct birthdate must be provided. Creating an account with false information violates these terms and may lead to account suspension or permanent closure.
Each user may open only one account. If multiple accounts by the same person are detected, all will be closed and any deposited funds forfeited.
Password & Account Protection
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details completely confidential. Never share your password with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact [email protected] immediately.
Gk9 never asks for account login details via email or phone. Treat such requests as fraudulent.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Gk9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close accounts for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of terms or engaging in fraudulent activities
- Managing Multiple Accounts
- Attempting unauthorized access to another user’s account
- Attempting to misuse the platform’s technical features
- If the user requests account closure
If your account is closed while holding a valid balance and no terms are violated, you can request a refund of those funds.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
By using the gk9 platform, you agree to abide by the following:

Payments, Transactions & Financial Policies
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on gk9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are credited instantly to your account.
Withdrawal requests are processed only after verification is complete. The minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are specified on the platform dashboard. Withdrawals are typically completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
Gk9 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each bonus has its own wagering requirements which must be read carefully before acceptance. Withdrawals made without fulfilling bonus conditions may result in bonus cancellation.
Any attempt to obtain bonuses fraudulently will result in account suspension and forfeiture of the related bonus.
